Pasty Cooking Instructions
For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. The following cooking instructions are a guideline only, as all appliances vary in performance. Pre-heat oven place frozen product on parchment on a baking sheet - and bake in a convection oven @ 2000C / Fan 180 0C Gas Mark 6 for 30 – 35 minutes, ensuring core temperature reach 85 0C.
Beautiful soft and chocolatey scones with a lovely cherry jam. We went with the traditional clotted cream but I bet the vanilla would have been awesome. Would order again and will definitely watch eagerly for other variants in future.
I arranged for the Black Forest cream tea to be sent to my son. Arrived when expected and he was so very happy to receive it. His words 'absolutely delicious' and he hasn't stopped talking about it. He wasn't sure about choc scones but once the Cherry jam and clotted cream was added he was blown away. Thank you very much. I think it's my turn to try them now!!
