Free Delivery:
We provide free delivery with every order.

Delivery Service:
Your orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's reliable 24 hour service.
This service ensures the delivery of your Cornish Cream Tea directly to your doorstep, maintaining the freshness of our products.
As we are sending perishable items, once you receive the goods they must be consumed within 2-3 days before they go off. Any pasty, cream or cheese needs to be refrigerated straight away. The pasty needs to be properly re cooked in the oven before consuming
Tracking
It is the purchasers responsibility to track the order and to make sure there is someone at the property to receive the parcel. The email used on your order is the email that will be used for tracking purposes. On some occasions the courier may leave your order in a safe place so it is vital customers keep track and are aware there are perishable foods that need to be refridgerated straight away
Sending As A Gift?
If you are sending as a gift and have used your own email for tracking purposes, we highly recommend informing the giftee once the parcel arrives so they are aware there are perishable goods that need to be refrigerated. We are unable to let the recipient know this from our side if you have used your own details. As we send pasties and cream these need to be refrigerated as soon as they arrive.
Delivery Days:
Our delivery days are from Tuesday to Friday.
Choose the day that suits your schedule best for receiving your delightful Cornish cream tea.
PLEASE NOTE: If you need to change any delivery information including address or preferred delivery date due to a mistake when ordering we need to be made aware the day before the dispatch date, otherwise this will be sent according to your original selection.
If no delivery date is chosen, we will send this on the next available delivery day.
We do not take any responsibility if incorrect details are used. We do not check this information and rely on customers inputting the correct details when placing the order.
Bank Holidays:
On bank holidays, the first delivery day of the week will be adjusted to Wednesday.
This adjustment ensures that even during holiday periods, we continue to provide you with our exceptional service.
Delivery Date Selection:
You can choose a delivery date up to 90 days ahead. Please note that although you can choose a date, we do not guarantee that it arrives on this date and may be delivered on the following day.
Personalised Messages:
If your order is a gift, feel free to leave a personalised message on the cart page.
We'll make sure your thoughtful message is included with the delivery, adding a special touch to your Cornish Cream Tea gift.
Deliveries Over Occasions
For big occasions including Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Fathers Day we advise that due to the volume of orders, we often print labels a week or 2 in advance. This is to prepare your order with non perishables and the shipping label. Once we print your label we will not be able to make any changes to the order including address or delivery date changes. We will email all customers 2-3 days in advance to give you the opportunity to make any changes. This policy is only for big occasions and outside of these occasions we can make changes according to the normal delivery terms
Delivery Guarantees:
While we make every effort to ensure prompt and perfect delivery, unforeseen issues with our courier may arise.
We cannot guarantee your chosen delivery date but remain committed to resolving any delivery-related concerns promptly.
Please note: If no-one is home to receive the parcel and the courier does not deliver because of this, we do not take responsibilty. Please make sure to follow updates on the tracking page to ensure there is someone to be at home.
