I ordered for a certain date but it hasn’t arrived yet!
We send all orders on a tracked 24 service with Royal Mail. Royal Mail can deliver up to 7pm on the day.

What if my order doesn’t arrive on my chosen date?
Although we offer a delivery date picker on our website we can’t guarantee that it will arrive on this date as a small amount of orders may roll over to the next day. If your order doesn’t arrive on tyour chosen day, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver this on the following date.
