To help us assist you more efficiently, please review the information below before contacting us regarding your order status.

Tracking Updates

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracking notifications are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you have not yet received an update, please check your inbox and junk/spam folders for emails containing either of the following phrases:

• “Cornish Cream Teas”
• “We Are Printing Your Label”

Understanding Tracking Status

When viewing your tracking history, please note:

• The first status update, “Sender has despatched item”, indicates that your shipping label has been printed on this date and your order is being prepared with non perishables.
• All orders are packed with perishables the day before your chosen delivery date.

Delivery Timelines

Please be aware that this is an exceptionally busy period for postal services. Although we ship via Tracked 24, some deliveries may be delayed by one business day. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

Perishable Items & Storage Instructions

• Clotted Cream: Sent blast-frozen. It will thaw gradually in transit. Upon arrival, please refrigerate and consume within 4–5 days.
• Pasties: Fully cooked before freezing, then packed with a gel pack in an insulated pouch. Refrigerate upon delivery and reheat within 3–4 days. To enjoy, oven bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
• Scones: Can be stored at room temperature and are best enjoyed within 3–4 days.
