Christmas questions

Everything you need to know before you order.

When can my Christmas hamper arrive?

Choose any available delivery date from Tuesday 1st December 2026 to Wednesday 6th January 2027 in the cart. It’s sent on a free tracked 24-hour service and arrives on the day you choose. We deliver Tuesday to Saturday, with free Saturday delivery.

Can I send it as a Christmas gift?

Yes – add a personal message in the cart and we’ll print it on a card tucked inside. Send it straight to your recipient – no prices appear on the packaging.

How do I heat the pasties?

Place them on the middle shelf of the oven at 180°C (160°C fan) for 20–25 minutes, until piping hot throughout.

How should I store my hamper?

Your pasties and Rodda’s clotted cream are sent frozen, so they won’t have a use-by date – just a Julian code. Pop them in the fridge as soon as they arrive (please don’t refreeze) and enjoy the clotted cream within 3–4 days.

Should I order early?

Yes – our Christmas hampers are a limited run and the most popular delivery dates fill up fast. Order early and pick your date in the cart to secure it.
