Your hamper arrives in our own branded box. The pasty is sealed and packed in a thermal pouch with a cool pack, and the pasty and clotted cream are sent frozen, defrosting on their way to you. Scones, jam and tea are sealed for protection.

Heating your pasties: place on the middle shelf of the oven at 180°C (160°C fan) for 20–25 minutes, until piping hot throughout.

Sending as a gift with your own email? Give the recipient a heads-up that a perishable parcel is on its way.

When can my Christmas hamper arrive?

Pick any available date from Tuesday 1st December 2026 to Wednesday 6th January 2027 in the cart. It’s sent on a tracked 24-hour service and arrives on the day you choose.

Can I order now and have it delivered later?

Yes – order today and choose your Christmas delivery date in the cart. We’ll send it to arrive on the day you pick.

How long do the pasty & cream last?

Refrigerate the pasty and cream as soon as they arrive (do not refreeze) and enjoy within 3–4 days. They’re sent frozen, so you’ll see a Julian code rather than a use-by date.

Can I send this as a Christmas gift?

Yes – add a personal message in the cart and we'll print it on a card tucked inside. Send it straight to your recipient – no prices appear on the packaging.
