Your satisfaction is at the heart of our mission, and we aim to provide you with a delightful shopping experience. However, if you find that your expectations have not been met, we have implemented a straightforward returns policy to address any concerns. Cancellations If you have a change of heart and wish to cancel your order up to 24 hours before the expected dispatch date, you can do so without incurring any penalties. In such instances, a full refund will be promptly credited back to the card used for the order. We do not charge any administration or restocking fees. Returns In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your hamper upon delivery, please get in touch with us immediately to arrange a return. If the return is due to a fault or issue with the goods received, provided that the entire hamper is returned in its original condition within 24 hours of receipt, we will refund the full purchase price of the hamper, along with any postage charges incurred. Please note that if the return is unrelated to any fault on the part of Hello Cornwall, we can provide a refund for the hamper cost, excluding any delivery charges. However, please be aware that any fresh produce included in the hamper cannot be credited, and the cost of these items will be deducted from any refund issued. To initiate a hamper return, please contact our customer service team, and they will assist you in obtaining a returns authorisation and guide you through the return postage process. Non-Delivery It is your responsibility to ensure that appropriate arrangements are made to accept your delivery. The courier will attempt delivery three times before returning the parcel to us. If you are unable to receive the delivery at the specified address on the date and time provided by the courier for any reason, please contact the courier directly to arrange an alternative delivery time or location. Alternatively, you can request the courier to deliver the parcel to a neighbor, leave it in a designated safe location (at your own risk), or upgrade your delivery to a timed or weekend delivery slot. Resends In the situations mentioned above, if the customer wishes to have the goods resent, this will be at the customer's expense and will incur the standard delivery charge. The original hamper products will be resent without any substitutions.
