• Delivered Tuesday to Saturday – including free Saturday delivery. After a bank holiday, the first delivery day moves to Wednesday.
• Choose your date in the cart, up to 90 days ahead. If you don't pick one, we'll send it on the next available day.

• Tracking updates go to the email address used on the order. Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place.

Your hamper arrives in our own branded box. Pasties are individually sealed and packed in a thermal pouch with a cool pack, and the clotted cream is sent frozen and defrosts on its way to you. Scones, jam, tea and coffee are sealed for protection.

Heating your pasties: place on the middle shelf of the oven at 180°C (160°C fan) for 20–25 minutes, until piping hot throughout.

Sending as a gift with your own email? Give the recipient a heads-up that a perishable parcel is on its way.

When will my hamper arrive?

It's sent on a tracked 24-hour service and arrives on the day you choose in the cart (Tuesday to Saturday, with free Saturday delivery). Order before 11am for next-day delivery.

How long do the pasties & cream last?

Refrigerate the pasties and cream as soon as they arrive (do not refreeze) and enjoy within 3–4 days. The cream is sent frozen, so you’ll see a Julian code on the pot rather than a use-by date.

Can I send this as a gift?

Yes – it's one of our most-loved gifts. Add a personal message in the cart and we'll print it on a Cornwall-inspired card tucked inside. Send it straight to your recipient – no prices appear on the packaging.
