Order never arrived
Ordered the Mum & Dad £54.99 package to be delivered on the 3rd of May which was their anniversary. On writing this review on the 8th of May, still no arrival or explanation to where it is. However I have ordered twice before for special occasions and have been extremely happy with the the products and service. Obviously this time they’ve had a difficulty with demand and supply. Unfortunately the £5 voucher I was issued on the last purchase wasn’t recognised either, but these are all minor issues and doesn’t detract from the product when it does arrive.

The tea was delivered exactly when requested. The contents were fresh and tasty. I found I could only eat one scone so the tea lasted us for two days. I ordered another one for a friend who really enjoyed it as well.
The chocolate scones were lovely and soft and when complimented by the cherry jam and cream was a great alternative to the traditional cream tea. Well packed and delivered when expected.
