🎁 Father's Day Notice - We're Working Through Every Enquiry

It's our busiest week of the year and we're personally working through every single enquiry as fast as we possibly can. Please bear with us - every email is being seen and answered in order.

⚠️ Please don't email us more than once within 48 hours. Sending a second email moves your enquiry to the back of the queue - we promise we'll get back to you.

❄️ If your order is delayed by 24 hours, please don't worry: Our pasties are already fully baked then frozen, sealed inside an insulated thermal pouch with an ice pack. Our clotted cream is also sent frozen and defrosts gradually during transit. Both will arrive in great condition and are absolutely fine to pop straight into the fridge.

🙏 If this does happen, we're truly sorry. Royal Mail occasionally roll deliveries over by a day, especially during busy weeks. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24, but in rare cases parcels can take an extra working day to arrive.

📍 Tracking Updates

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracking notifications are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you haven't received an update yet, please check your inbox and junk/spam folders for emails containing either of the following phrases:

  • "Cornish Cream Teas"
  • "We Are Printing Your Label"

⚠️ It is your responsibility to track your order. Some parcels may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if no-one is home - we do require someone to be in to receive the order, especially as the box contains perishable goods.

🔎 Understanding Tracking Status

When viewing your tracking history, please note:

The first status update - "Sender has despatched item" - means your shipping label has been printed on that date and your order is being prepared with non-perishables.

All orders are packed with perishables the day before your chosen delivery date, so everything arrives at its absolute freshest.

📅 Delivery Timelines

Please be aware that this is an exceptionally busy period for postal services. Although we ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24, some deliveries may be delayed by one business day. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If your order does not arrive within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us and we will arrange to send another box.

❄️ Perishable Items & Storage Instructions

Our perishable items are sent blast-frozen inside a thermal black pouch with a gel pack, which defrosts gradually during transit. Please follow the simple storage instructions below.

🥛 Clotted Cream - Sent blast-frozen. It will thaw gradually in transit. Upon arrival, please refrigerate and consume within 4–5 days.

🥧 Pasties - Already fully baked, then frozen inside their own sealed packaging and packed with a gel pack in an insulated thermal pouch. They will defrost during transit and arrive in perfect condition. Refrigerate on arrival and use within 4–5 days. To enjoy, oven bake at 180°C / 160°C fan for 20–25 minutes, or until piping hot throughout.

🥐 Scones - Can be stored at room temperature and are best enjoyed within 3–4 days.

Before contacting us, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest status
  2. Check your email inbox and junk/spam folder
  3. Check with neighbours and any safe places at your property
  4. Allow up to 48 hours from dispatch before contacting us

If your order has not arrived within 48 hours of dispatch, please get in touch and we will arrange to send another box.
