Refrigerate the clotted cream, cheddar and butter as soon as they arrive. The scones, cream, cheese and butter should be consumed within 5 days of delivery. Jams, chutney, nuts, tea and coffee are shelf-stable — check the packs for best-before dates. Do not refreeze the cream.
