For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. The following cooking instructions are a guideline
only, as all appliances vary in performance. Pre-heat oven place frozen product on parchment on a baking sheet - and
bake in a convection oven @ 2000C / Fan 180 0C Gas Mark 6 for 30 – 35 minutes, ensuring core temperature reach
85 0C.
