Sent via Royal Mail to my mother's just outside Inverness. All tasty and intact. She thought that the "Chocolate Scones" (the Black Forrest ones) were hilarious but actually quite tasty. A great treat, cheers.
this cream tea was delishous, best scones weve ever tasted, shame the tea bags were missing. but that didn't stop me buying another for a friends birthday lol thank you for the delishousness

It seems obvious now, but I would never have thought of this cream tea idea before I saw it advertised by the Cornish Cream Tea company. A soft and cakey chocolate scone, buttery vanilla clotted cream and sweet but slightly tangy cherry jam made our Valentine's Day. I was so impressed I bought a box for my friend's birthday two weeks later. Her response by text on the day it arrived: "Possibly the best thing I have ever eaten." Do try it!
