Pasty Cooking Instructions
For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. The following cooking instructions are a guideline only, as all appliances vary in performance. Pre-heat oven place frozen product on parchment on a baking sheet - and bake in a convection oven @ 2000C / Fan 180 0C Gas Mark 6 for 30 – 35 minutes, ensuring core temperature reach 85 0C.
The chocolate scones were very tasty, a real change. I tried them with just butter and the cherry preserve and vanilla cream. Both ways were really good. I’ve never tried the vanilla clotted cream before but was surprised how tasty it was. I’d definitely recommend these scones.
Cannot fault this company.Excellent value but more importantly oustanding customer service,particularly altering a delivery date at very short notice.Definitely use again and would recommend to anyone considering either as a gift or for themselves.
