Pasty Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. The following cooking instructions are a guideline
only, as all appliances vary in performance. Pre-heat oven place frozen product on parchment on a baking sheet - and
bake in a convection oven @ 2000C / Fan 180 0C Gas Mark 6 for 30 – 35 minutes, ensuring core temperature reach
85 0C.

A lovely treat, worthy of a special occasion

Ordered the cheese and cream indulgence box as a treat for our Wax wedding anniversary.
Cornwall is our favourite place to visit and with all the items being Cornwall based it was a perfect gift to enjoy at home.
Products were all delicious, well packaged, all arrived in one piece. Will be ordering again.

Cream & cheese box, missing the cream

Ordered weeks in advance for delivery on 22/03 for a party.. arrived morning of but was missing the cream - from a “cream & cheese” box. Not sure how, when a simple second look would have spotted it was missing.
Took days to receive a reply, offering to refund the cream, or send out replace cream but by then It was too late (hence why i ordered weeks in advance for the date it was needed). After replying asking for the refund I had to raise the issue with the bank as it took too long to wait for them to respond, and when I queried the missing response they only replied to advise they wouldn’t follow up with the initial part refund offer as i had raised it elsewhere (because they took so long to reply in the first place). I also emailed prior to ordering as I wondered if I could swap some items and for the sake of a simple swap that was not allowed, I find just unhelpful and unnecessarily difficult. All in all, I write to say I’ll personally never order from them again and would not recommend them.
