For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. The following cooking instructions are a guideline
only, as all appliances vary in performance. Pre-heat oven place frozen product on parchment on a baking sheet - and
bake in a convection oven @ 2000C / Fan 180 0C Gas Mark 6 for 30 – 35 minutes, ensuring core temperature reach
85 0C.

Bought this for my daughter Tabatha for her birthday, she did live in Cornwall and now lives in Devon, because I live in Holland, I thought she would like a different present. I am jealous of her being also west country girl, I would like it for myself. I will send your website address to Tabatha and she van write her own review.

cheese scones were perfect but other scones broke up after gently trying to cut them in two, however, this did not interfere with the taste of this lovely surprise for my sister. i will be ordering again.
