    For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. The following cooking instructions are a guideline
    only, as all appliances vary in performance. Pre-heat oven place frozen product on parchment on a baking sheet - and
    bake in a convection oven @ 2000C / Fan 180 0C Gas Mark 6 for 30 – 35 minutes, ensuring core temperature reach
    85 0C.

    The perfect gift!

    I purchased the Dad’s Pasty & Cheese Box as a belated Father’s Day present. We had visited Cornwall a few weeks before & due to illness my Dad unfortunately didn’t get to have his traditional Cornish pasty! I can honestly say this gift did not disappoint. As I personally did not eat the hamper I can only quote what my Dad said while eating the pasty which was ‘now that’s what you call a pasty’ and ‘amazing’. The hamper was delivered on the day I selected & was well packaged. My Dad was very happy with his gift.
